Aaron provided excellent service. He replaced my logic board and got all my remotes and keypad to function again. You never know how much you use your garage door and are dependent on it until breaks. Thanks for the awesome service

I had some issues with my garage door opener. Brandon diagnosed the problem, presented my options, and in the end, I chose to install a more heavy duty door opener and track for my massive hurricane rated door. He installed the new opener very professionally and efficiently. Brandon is very skilled and knowledgeable at his trade. He took the time to set up all the remotes, lubricate the door, and explain all the functions as well as answer all my questions. Called to get an estimate, Adam showed up and gave me a very thorough consultation, he offered me a few options and after getting a couple more estimates we have decided to go with him. He installed the doors himself with his helper, both were very professional and did a great job.

Our garage door recently had a broken spring so we could not easily get it open because of how heavy the door is. Also, we had purchased a new garage door opener a few years ago, but my husband still hadn't replaced our old sporadically working one yet. We called Adam at 941 Garage Door Repair and got a very quick response and were able to get the repair completed and a new opener installed within a couple of days. Ben, who did the work, did a great job and kept everything neat and clean! Spring and the opener work like a charm.

Fantastic service. Adam called 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue and gave me a detailed breakdown of the issue and how much it would cost to fix. Adam and John set to work & in no time at all the door was working as good as new. In the process of repairing the door they discovered a couple of other issues which were fixed free of charge. I would highly recommend it, they are courteous, professional and the price was great.

Very positive experience. We had two garage door openers installed. Our service technician arrived on time. He set both up at the same time ensuring efficiency and consistency. Both units were installed and tested and he ensured all transponders and key pad worked. He removed all of the old equipment and left a neat work area. I called three contractors around The Villages and their pricing was 50-100 percent higher than the quoted and installed price from D & D Garage doors. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely loved our experience with the technician, Artur, who came out to replace our broken spring on garage door. He was extremely friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. I felt like the pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend.

What a great service experience! My technician, Randy, had the perfect blend of professional expertise and excellent customer skills. I didn’t have a broken spring emergency; so, a next day appointment was fine. He called ahead and arrived early in my appointment window. He quickly diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor, grabbed a new one from his truck , installed it and had the opener working fine again in half an hour. I’ll definitely call DGD when I have a garage door or opener problem.
