Absolutely loved our experience with the technician, Artur, who came out to replace our broken spring on garage door. He was extremely friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. I felt like the pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend.

What a great service experience! My technician, Randy, had the perfect blend of professional expertise and excellent customer skills. I didn’t have a broken spring emergency; so, a next day appointment was fine. He called ahead and arrived early in my appointment window. He quickly diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor, grabbed a new one from his truck , installed it and had the opener working fine again in half an hour. I’ll definitely call DGD when I have a garage door or opener problem.

DGD responded quickly to my call. (Even offered me a Saturday appointment.) Randy came on time, explained the repair clearly, and gave me options so I wasn’t spending money needlessly. He worked so efficiently. I would recommend this company.

The experience was great! We called late Friday afternoon and they were able to come out on Monday afternoon. Joe, the tech, was very courteous and friendly. He told us what was wrong and gave us our options without being pushy. Hope you get Joe for your service!!

Luke came to do our install. He was honest, quick and hard working. He switched out both of our doors to belt driven, they are so quiet. The difference is unbelievable. Luke gave a full tutorial on the system and said if we had any questions he would be happy to come back to help. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Luke.

Trey and Matt are very professional and thorough and stepped me through the process and provided several options to help me with decision making. Once the work was completed they walked me through what was done and ensured everything was working before leaving. They did a great job!
