My husband and I wish to complement the excellence of Rudy. He installed, by himself, a double garage door in our house on Thursday Jan 10th, 2013. The installation was a big job which Rudy handled with professional skill, patience and perseverance. You should know that he not only did a commendable job, but he went the extra mile to complete the job in spite of several obstacles. He was always positive and attentive to the tasks at hand, and displayed a very positive and focused attitude. All we can say is that he is truly a remarkable employee for your company. We would like him to know that we wrote this commendation for it would be a positive effect not only for him but for your company. To Whom This May Concern, I just wanted to drop you a quick note thanking your company. It is refreshing to know that there is still a company out there with honesty and business ethics. When I called your company for an estimate, the price that was given to me over the phone was exactly the same as the written estimate given to me buy your salesman/technician. Unlike Precision Door Service whom via telephone quoted a price of $799.95 completely installed and after the written estimate was done the price was now going to be $949.95 plus other optional equipment ($289.00), which your company inlcuded in the price at no additional charge. This brought a $799.95 verbal quote to a $1238.95 written estimate for their least expensive door. Your company came in with an upgraded insulated door completely installed for hundreds less than Precision's least expensive door. Again, Thanks for being out there.

Gentlemen: I imagine that letters and notes received by you are letters of complaint. This letter is one of gratitude and appreciation. Your associate, Tim, turned out to be an angel of mercy. He was most professional, kind, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Briefly, my wife and I had just returned from a very pleasant week in South Carolina. On our return we never expected that after opening the garage door and getting our vehicle out, the door refused to close. We heard of the impending hurricane "Jeanne" and my wife was very concerned with the possibility of not having complete closure of the garage. Greetings: This week I had problems with our garage door and experienced two service calls by a pleasant young man. I was very pleased with his professional and polite manner. I have advanced Parkinson's disease (just like Muhammad Ali) and my speech is profoundly affected. Talking on the telephone is torture for me, and I encounter many rude, ignorant people who treat me with disrespect. To say the least, your young lady, Danielle, who helped me with scheduling and dispatching was a refreshing change. I just wanted to send you a note to say that my new garage door is beautiful and seems to be very well constructed. The installer whose 1st name is Allen was very professional in his demeanor and did a great job. I recently hurt my shoulder and was unable to move things out of the garage as well as I would have liked to prepare for the new door. He was very kind to move the heavy things out and back in at the end of the day. Often people will not hesitate to complain when something doesn’t go right but I think it’s very important to commend someone for doing a good job.

Dear DGD: I am super impressed with your company and I had to write. I called Saturday at noon to inquire about my broken garage door. My garage door was fixed by 3:30pm that day! I was very impressed with Kalip. He was super competent, knowledgable, and honest. Kalip told me the problems, estimated time to fix, and price was the same as quoted over the phone. There were a few more problems, but Kalip showed me the problem pieces and explained why they were faulty.
